Sharon began studying Pilates as a dancer at Arizona State University and graduated in 1996 with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. After graduation she moved to San Francisco and began her career as a professional dancer, independent choreographer and circus trainer and performer.
The San Francisco School of Circus Arts, Make*A*Circus, Circus Baraka and The Mission World Side Show were a few companies that Sharon trained and performed with. Her specialties included dance and acrobatics, aerial work, fire and bed of nails, trapeze, teeterboard, contortion, trampoline and partner acrobatics.
Throughout two decades of training, Sharon has worked with all levels and ages, shapes and sizes. From professional athletes and performers, to weekend warriors, preand post natal moms, marathon runners and tri-athletes, to your everyday client. With Pilates, Thai yoga bodywork and Reiki, she has coaxed many bodies thru rehab in conjunction with orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists.
